i completely understand that life can be unpredictable, but i ask that you respect my time as i do yours. when you book an appointment, that time is reserved just for you, so if something comes up, please give me 48+ hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. a cancellation occurs within 48 hours, 50% of the booked service will be charged to the card on file and cannot be used at a later date. a no-show occurs, 100% of the booked service will be charged to the card on file and cannot be used at a later date. by booking your appointment, you agree to this policy.
